Life can throw a lot of things at us, often unexpected and out of our control! At least that is how it may feel like in this fast paced world!
Too much work, pressure, stress and constant access to news and information can make us feel rather anxious and overwhelmed and may hold us back making the decisions that right for us! (Or making no decision, which in itself is a decision - to remain the same, to not improve our life.)
Work can be very fulfilling but can nevertheless put us under a lot of pressure. Add to this finances, relationships, family, elderly parents, pets, security, health and wellbeing, grief, unexpected events etc can quickly throw us of course.
You may feel like it is all too much and you prefer a more balanced life style, more time to and for yourself. Appreciation for the more gentle moments in life like crafts or music, nature and pets, reading and travelling.
Then I invite you to look at our model of mindfulness, resilience and intentional living combined with an emotions based approached. This will explore tools and techniques on a practical level but also look at the underlying often subconsious and not so helpful tendencies & habits.
