The main focus of this form of hypnotherapy is to let you be you!

Any reason you may have chosen to attend a session, this is the first step forward to explore how you can make positive changes to your life! But there will be no rush nor external influences to make big changes happen immediately or for some magical hypnotherapy to change who you are.

Instead the power of this therapy is to become yourself more than you have even been! By taking small steps, bypassing our logical mind and those stories we have been telling ourselves, you will instead explore how you truly feel. What is truly important to you! And how to find that inner strength to be your true self!

Very often the answers lie within us and will eventually point us into the right direction.

Many may believe that ‘surviving’ as an introvert or HSP, it is best to simply avoid certain situations and to retreat in one self and not pursue certain paths of personal or professional fulfilment -assuming it can not be achieved due to their nature and not enough support in a rather extroverted world.

But why not challenge the story we tell ourselves? Through hypnotherapy I encourage my clients to investigate those beliefs, experiences and emotions. I strongly believe everyone deserves to feel heard and understood, deserves to let go, feel free and relieved and explore other sides of themselves. We all have dreams, ideas which make us feel motivated & uplifted and which wee like to share and realise.

Why is it so difficult

In our fast paced world most of us feel overwhelmed at some stage, and many of us can cope up to a certain point. For others such as Introverts or Highly Sensitive People many situations, personal or professional, can become very overwhelming and cause anxiety, stress and physical symptoms and illnesses Many may be reminded of similar traumatic experiences during childhood, at home or in school, and those emotions can be triggered and resurface very quickly hindering any progress or self development or self-realisation in our adult life.

Why it is ok

to accept help...


Through own experiences, I know that our inner guidance at times can be completely turned off due to external and internal stresses. This is when we need to stop and reassess.

This is often not easily done by oneself, so I am here to support you on your journey from letting go off traumatic experiences that you may believe have ‘become you’.

Hypnotherapy can assist with letting go, without re-experiencing. Instead the focus is on recognising and strengthening inner resources to create space for a fulfilled present life.

When working with any client, who is asking for support on their healing journey, providing a non judgemental space is key. My approach to hypnotherapy, especially for Introverts, Empaths or HSPs is gentle and understanding. It's important that you feel heard and understood. I thrive to build a therapeutic relationship by listening carefully and using the client’s language when addressing concerns & overwhelming experiences.

Nevertheless I am sure you as client are also looking for solutions, progress and stepping forward into a fulfilled present and future, so learning and accepting responsibility and accountability is key to a successful outcome! How do you want to continue living your life?

This may come as a surprise.... or /and relief....

There is no need for your to re-experience traumatic experiences!

The focus will not lie on the traumatic experiences but on the responses (may they be physical symptoms, mental capacity or emotional reactions), which still impact your life today.

And even more importantly - those responses/symptoms are NOT you!

They are not part of you personality or character, they are a trauma response only! This is a very important ‘revelation’ and relief for many to hear and acknowledge.


Those symptoms were survival responses- copying techniques, which the body holds onto and may show when triggered and can feel extremely overwhelming.

# Identifying those triggers & symptoms, we will work on making you feel safe and in control of your life and those unpredictable or overwhelming situations.

# Introducing and strengthening resources & skills in order for you to feel comfortable to be yourself, to address matters never addressed before and to respond more appropriately and more in tune how you want to react and intereact.

# Eventually we will work together on reframing unpleasant or even traumatic experiences, which will make this journey not only one of healing but also of moving forward successfully.


The emphasis is for you is to learn to tune into yourself and what the best way forward may be, even if it is simply to pause.

Please let me once again emphasise that remembering any traumatic experience is not required in order to recover from trauma and being able to move on.

The focus of this therapy is to have a greater present experience and feel excited and ready for the future without symptoms/body responses of your past still impacting you.
